Savvy Goodname

Savvy Goodname is a former PC of Ix's from the campaign Pirate Cinematic Universe (PCU). Though he has never directly appeared within TOHD, his existence is strongly implied by the fact that Mo and Octavius are clearly his children.

Appearance & Personality

Savvy is a muscular tiefling with bright blue skin and horns, orange eyes, and bushy brown hair with blue tips, which he keeps in a ponytail. His typical outfit includes baggy pants, boots, and an open shirt. The tip of one of his horns is broken.

Savvy is a friendly and cheerful man. He enjoys helping others, but is usually not bright enough to think of solutions that don't involve swinging an axe at the problem.

Story

Backstory

Over thirty years before the events of the campaign, Savvy was in a relationship with Jenna Arcanus, during which she became pregnant with Octavius. Some years later, he and Destiny conceived Mo. He evidently played no role in either of his children's lives.

It is also possible that he encountered Georga at some point, due to Georga remarking in his journal that Mo's horns seemed familiar.

Trivia

• The reason for Savvy's multiple offspring within TOHD is due to an incident where my friend, Dee, once accused him of having "many wives and children", a claim with absolutely no basis at the time.
• In his original appearance in PCU, Savvy was 25 years old, illiterate, and had a pet giant snake named Snakey Goodname.
• Savvy is also the long-lost cousin of another PCU party member, Traxion, who was played by Milo (Blitz's player).
• One other blue tiefling around the age of Savvy's other children has appeared in TOHD: Gilbert. It is therefore possible that he is also Savvy's son, but his parentage and backstory are unknown.
• During TOHD's run, a family tree of all tiefling PCs from both past and present campaigns was proposed, making Savvy also somehow related to Appel.
